We’re very excited to announce a return guest to this year’s Brewha Bushwhack, Teal Bulthuis!
Teal is a passionate wilderness culture proponent and primitive skills practitioner. She was raised on the Northshore of Massachusetts, where she began teaching nature and youth archery through 4-H. Teal now travels around the country assisting outdoors programs and guided adventures several times a year. She is a certified military instructor with 18 years teaching experience, who served as Superintendent for a specialized schoolhouse as a Master Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force. She currently works in tree nursery and land management services in Oklahoma, cultivating better land management practices and conservation efforts to continue development of better forest space and soil retention framework for the region.
Teal was featured on Season 9 of Discovery Channel’s Naked and Afraid, taking on a primitive survival challenge in the Smoky Mountains.
