In some cases, the manufacturer prefers the customer communicate directly with them for warranty service; we can give you contact information for that manufacturer.
In the case that we can process your warranty, we will provide shipping and handling of warranty services at no charge under the following conditions:
The item was purchased at Pack Rat Outdoor Center.
The item must be clean.
You must have a sales receipt as proof of purchase with purchase date.
If you do not have a Pack Rat receipt, a $15 handling fee will be required in advance.
Specific charges for repairs are different from shipping and handling and are the customer’s responsibility.
The item will then be shipped to the manufacturer for determination of replacement or repair.
Purchase and Return InformationAll clothing returns must be free of odors, have original hang tag, be in new condition, and be accompanied by a sales receipt.
Men’s and women’s briefs cannot be returned.
All footwear returns must be free of debris, have original box/hang tags, be in new condition and be accompanied by a sales receipt.
No climbing safety equipment can be returned under any circumstances.
No food items may be returned or exchanged.
Returns cannot be processed without a sales receipt or your name logged into our computer.
Non-stock special orders will incur a restocking fee of 15% of the retail price.
We cannot accept returns past 30 days from purchase.
